It is intended to resume the whole of the
central area together with such of the outer houses as are re-
-quired for enabling two streets of about 30 feet in width to
be formed intersecting the block from North to South. Being of
too extensive a nature to deal with at once, the scheme has
been divided into two parts and the accompanying plan shows the
section to be dealt with first.
The remaining area to be westward will be
dealt with next year.
